Free Shipping Rule

We offer free standard shipping for orders over $45 worldwide. Please see the shipping rate table below for more details.

How Tracking my Order:

Once your order has left our warehouse you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number.Orders may ship in multiple packages.

If you have your tracking number from the shipment confirmation email, you can enter it here to track your order.

Some logistics companies may display no tracking information when you first upload the order number. Don't worry, the track will only be updated when the package arrives at the export center.

 

How long does it take to receive my order, and how much will it cost to ship?

We supports worldwide shipping. Please note that we cannot deliver to areas with military bases.Customers can estimate when to expect their orders arrival by using the formula below:

Some countries' customs may conduct temporary inspections, which may extend the time it takes to clear your package. This is beyond our control. Please be aware of issues such as post office strikes.

International Destinations- In rare cases, some orders may experience an additional 1-2 weeks of transit time.  

If you have shipping issues please contact us via email , we will check the situation with the transportation company in time. Thanks for your understanding and support.

Will be charged VAT Taxes?

The shipping service we provide does not require you to pay taxes again (except for some countries, such as Brazil, Norway, South Africa, etc.). Please contact us for details before placing an order. We can provide free shipping to most countries.

Delivery address related issues:

Wrong address

If you find that the shipping address is incorrect, please send an email to as soon as possible support@popboxss.com And provide your order number. As we strive for fast shipping, please notify us immediately if your address is incorrect.

If the package is returned due to incomplete or incorrect address (such as missing apartment or building number), we will charge the following fees based on the processing method you choose: resend to the correct address.

 

Unable to contact customer

If the delivery fails due to the courier's inability to deliver, POPBOXSS is not responsible for any delay or return. Please ensure that your phone number and email address are up-to-date and closely monitor your logistics tracking updates.

Sent to hotel/temporary address

We cannot guarantee delivery of packages to hotels or temporary addresses. Due to the long processing time, we do not recommend sending your order to these addresses. You are responsible for providing the correct and complete shipping address and ensuring that someone can sign for the package during delivery. We do not provide route change services, nor do we accept returns or cancellations of orders due to inability to deliver to the above address.

 

Multiple shipping addresses

We currently do not support sending a single order to multiple addresses. If you need to ship to multiple locations, please place separate orders.

 

Order Tracking

After your order is shipped from our warehouse, we will send you a confirmation email. The email contains a tracking number and a link that allows you to track the shipping status of your package.

 

Out of stock products

If a certain item in your order is out of stock, our customer service team will contact you and provide a solution.
